Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Tradepost.ai (the "Service") — a website and daily email newsletter — is provided by Dutchcode B.V., Litserstraat 20, 5275 BV Den Dungen, The Netherlands ("we", "us", "Dutchcode"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under Dutch or EU law; where a provision conflicts with those rights, the mandatory rule prevails.
The service
Tradepost.ai provides AI-generated summaries, scores, and directional estimates based on publicly available information, such as US SEC filings, UK regulatory news, EU market notices, and Polymarket odds, delivered via this website and an email newsletter. The Service is provided free of charge. We give no guarantee of availability, uptime, completeness, or timeliness, and we may change, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the Service or any feature (including AI features) at any time.
AI-generated content
You acknowledge that the Service relies on artificial intelligence. By its nature AI is a changing, self-learning technology: its outputs evolve, vary with input and context, can differ on repeated use, can "drift" over time, and can be incomplete or simply wrong (including, for example, an incorrect ticker or a mistaken impact estimate). We therefore do not warrant that the results of the Service are accurate, effective, or suitable in all circumstances or over time. Every item links to its public source — verify against the original before acting.
No investment advice
Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Content is generated automatically and provided for general information only. You are solely responsible for your decisions. See our full disclaimer.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for its intended purpose — reading the brief for your own information. We are not liable for any consequences of other use, even if foreseeable. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine, or bulk-extract the Service, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models;
- resell, republish, or redistribute the content as your own, or for commercial gain;
- abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical limitation or security measure.
You may share short excerpts of the newsletter with attribution and a link to tradepost.ai.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Tradepost.ai name, logo, website, design, and the original text, scores, and analysis in the newsletter belong to Dutchcode B.V. or its licensors. You receive only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read and use the Service for your own information. The underlying public filings remain public information.
Third-party links and partners
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or conduct. Affiliate links never influence how our AI scores or ranks filings.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutchcode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost savings, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, arising from use of — or reliance on — the Service. As the Service is free, our aggregate liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to €250.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes failures of our suppliers and the third-party services the Service depends on (such as Cloudflare, Resend, and our data sources), failures of digital infrastructure or telecommunications, government measures, fire or power outages, cyber-crime, cyber-vandalism, war or terrorism, pandemics, and strikes. If such a situation lasts longer than 60 days, either party may end the agreement in writing.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company, for example as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We post the current version on this page with an updated date; for material changes we may also notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands; the 1980 Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) does not apply. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you retain any right under mandatory law to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you may use the EU's online dispute-resolution platform.
