Privacy Policy

Tradepost.ai is operated by Dutchcode B.V., Litserstraat 20, 5275 BV Den Dungen, The Netherlands ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Questions and requests: support@tradepost.ai.
What we collect
- Newsletter signup: your email address, the date and time of signup and confirmation, your approximate country (derived from your IP address), and your browser's user-agent string.
- Feedback widget: the message you write and, if you choose to provide them, your name and email address.
- Error monitoring: if something breaks while you use the site, technical error data (browser type, page, IP address) is captured so we can fix it.
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site profiling. We never sell personal data.
Why we process it
- To send you the daily brief — based on your consent, given via double opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To operate and improve the service (error monitoring, abuse prevention) — based on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
Third-party services we rely on
We use a small number of processors to run the Service. Each receives only the data it needs:

International transfers
We choose EU regions for email delivery (Resend, Ireland) and error monitoring (Sentry, Germany). Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores subscriber data, operates a globally distributed network, so some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — apply.
Security
We and our processors apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers, and access is limited to what is needed to run the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the amount of personal data we hold minimal.
Data breaches
If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, where legally required, the affected individuals, in line with the GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Subscriber data: until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted.
- Unconfirmed signups: automatically deleted after 72 hours.
- Error and feedback data: deleted per our monitoring provider's standard retention (90 days).
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and equivalent rights under the CCPA) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
Delete your data yourself, instantly: use our self-service tool at tradepost.ai/delete. Enter your email, click the confirmation link we send, and we permanently erase your subscription and signup details and stop all future emails — no account or login required. Unsubscribing (via the link in any email) also deletes your subscriber record.
For any other request, email support@tradepost.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. The personal information we collect is limited to your email address (category: Identifiers) and your browsing activity on this site processed by our analytics and error-monitoring providers (category: Internet or other electronic network activity). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising or any other commercial purpose. To exercise your right to delete, use the self-service tool at tradepost.ai/delete or email support@tradepost.ai.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
